Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Clarus. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Domestic Shipping Policy, utilising our single courier service.
1. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
- While we aim for same-day shipping in most instances, please allow up to 24 hours for processing before your order is dispatched.
- Orders are only processed and shipped on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- If we are experiencing high order volumes, processing may be delayed. We will contact you immediately via email or telephone if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Method, Rates, & Delivery Estimates (UK Only)
We use Royal Mail 48 for all domestic shipments within the UK. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: The cost for our standard Royal Mail 48 service is £3.99
- Free Delivery: We offer complimentary shipping via Royal Mail 48 for all orders totalling over £50
- Delivery Estimate: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
P.O. Box Shipments
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time as we require a valid physical address for delivery confirmation.
3. Tracking and Contact
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 hours of receipt.
Damages and Lost Packages
Clarus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. This responsibility is handled by the shipment carrier.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim immediately, and save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- An order is considered lost if tracking has not been updated for 7 business days. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at info@liveclarus.com with your order number after checking with your neighbours and local post office.
Incorrect Shipping Address
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will arrange for re-shipment at the buyer's expense.
