Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Items are eligible for a return within 21 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, products must be returned in their original, sealed, and unopened packaging.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, the item must be unopened and in its original condition. For these returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria. We will then process a refund to your original payment method or facilitate an exchange.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To expedite the process, you must provide clear photos of the issue in your return request email. We will cover all costs for a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective items.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please email our support team at info@liveclarus.com with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]". In your email, please include the following details:

  • Your full name
  • The order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return (e.g., Change of mind, Damaged, Defective)
  • Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective

 

Our team will respond within 24 hours on business days with further instructions on how to send your item back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened or partially used.
